Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using StoryCraft.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StoryCraft, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

StoryCraft is an AI-powered platform that helps users create, edit, schedule, and publish short-form digital content, including videos, images, scripts, captions, voiceovers, and related creative assets.

StoryCraft may include features such as AI-generated videos and images, script and caption generation, narration and voice generation, automated publishing workflows, scheduling, auto-sequences, and social media integrations.

Our service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of StoryCraft, you may need to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, for all activities that occur under your account, and for providing accurate and up-to-date information.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use StoryCraft for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service.

You agree not to use StoryCraft to create or publish illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, hateful, or infringing content, violate the rights of others, bypass usage limits or security protections, or misuse connected third-party platforms or APIs.

You remain solely responsible for the prompts, content, and materials you submit, generate, publish, or distribute through StoryCraft.

5. Content Moderation and Safety

To help keep the platform safe and prevent misuse, StoryCraft reviews prompts, uploaded content, and generated content using automated safety systems.

By using StoryCraft, you understand and agree that your prompts, uploaded content, and generated outputs may be analyzed for abuse prevention, policy enforcement, and platform security purposes.

We reserve the right to block, refuse, remove, restrict, or suspend content, prompts, or accounts that violate these Terms or that may create legal, safety, or operational risks.

6. Third-Party Platforms and Integrations

StoryCraft may connect with third-party services such as social media platforms, publishing tools, payment providers, and AI service providers.

By using these features, you agree that your use of those third-party services is also subject to their own terms and policies, and that StoryCraft is not responsible for the availability, performance, or decisions of third-party platforms.

If you connect a social media account to StoryCraft, you authorize us to use that connection only to provide the requested features, such as scheduling, publishing, or account-related actions.

7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Credits

Some parts of StoryCraft may require payment through a subscription, credit pack, one-time purchase, or similar paid plan.

By purchasing a paid offer, you agree that you will pay the amount shown at checkout, subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal, and credits may be consumed when generation, processing, export, or publishing actions are requested.

Unused credits have no cash value and are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing, plan features, usage limits, or credit allocations for future billing periods.

8. Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing StoryCraft as a consumer and French law applies to your purchase, you may benefit from a legal right of withdrawal in some cases.

However, for digital services or digital content made available immediately after purchase, you may be asked to expressly agree to immediate access or immediate performance. In such cases, and where allowed by law, you may lose your right of withdrawal once the service has started or the digital content has been made available.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Unless otherwise required by law, payments already made are non-refundable for the current billing period, partial billing periods are not refunded, and issued or purchased credits are non-refundable once made available.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not cancel charges already processed for the active billing cycle.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your StoryCraft account at any time from the settings page.

Once account deletion is requested, your deletion request will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Until then, you may continue to access your account only to download, export, and/or publish content already generated through the service.

All automated processes linked to your account, including scheduled publishing, recurring generations, and auto-sequences, will stop. All connected social media accounts and third-party publishing connections will also be disconnected.

At the end of the current billing cycle, your account and all content linked to it will be deleted, including generated content, uploaded files, saved settings, workflows, and associated account data, except for any data we are required to retain under applicable law.

You are solely responsible for downloading or exporting any content you wish to keep before the deletion becomes effective.

11. Ownership of Content

The content you create using StoryCraft belongs to you, subject to any third-party rights and your compliance with these Terms.

However, you grant StoryCraft a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, securing, improving, and providing the service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you upload, generate, or publish does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with applicable law.

12. Generated Content

StoryCraft uses AI systems to help generate content. Because of the nature of AI, generated outputs may not always be unique, accurate, lawful, available, or suitable for your intended use.

You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content before using, publishing, sharing, licensing, or distributing it.

We do not guarantee any specific performance, audience growth, monetization result, publication success, or business outcome from the use of StoryCraft.

13. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to StoryCraft, including its software, branding, design, interface, and underlying technology, remain the property of StoryCraft or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, resell, or otherwise exploit any part of the service except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by law.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, store, and protect your data.

If you connect third-party services such as social media platforms, StoryCraft may temporarily process and store the data required to provide the requested features.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StoryCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

This includes, without limitation, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, publishing failures, automation failures, social media account issues, or loss of content following account deletion requested by the user.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if we believe that you have violated these Terms, your use of the service is unlawful, abusive, or harmful, your actions create risk for StoryCraft, other users, or third parties, or we are required to do so for legal, technical, security, or operational reasons.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

If we make significant changes, we may notify users through the website, through the application, or by email.

Your continued use of StoryCraft after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.

If you are a consumer, you also retain any mandatory rights granted to you under applicable consumer protection law.
